You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ORDERS

• Handcrafted Products: Our products (dog sweaters, cardigans, and accessories) are handmade using natural and high-quality fibers. Minor variations in texture, color, or sizing may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items.
• Custom-Made Items: Certain products can be customized based on size, pet measurements, or color requests provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements.
• Colors: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer or phone monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

SECTION 4 - PRICES & PAYMENT

• All prices listed on petetales.store are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable European Union VAT where required.
• Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
• Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment options made available during checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-made items may require additional processing time as specified on the product page.
• Shipping Rates:
  - Germany Standard Shipping: €2.90 (Free on orders over €40.00)
  - Germany Express Shipping: €9.90
  - EU Flat Rate Shipping: €4.90
• Delivery delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are outside our direct control.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Pursuant to EU consumer law, standard non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Custom-made or personalized items tailored to specific customer measurements are exempt from the right of cancellation, unless defective.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
